We field fan phone calls and get Doug’s thoughts on his poll. Also this hour we talk to Matt Pauley about the Brewers as the hot stove heats up around baseball. We also get into the comments made by Dabo Swinney from last weekend and dissect what he had to say.
Hour 2: The hour begins with our 7 at 7 segment where we profile the headlines around sports including college football playoff rankings, Lane Kiffin, USC, Rutgers, and much more. Also this hour we go over what would be a good showing for the Badgers in the Big 10 championship going up against number 1 ranked Ohio State on Saturday. We dive deeper into the Big 10 championship with Greg Scalzo, one of our friends at ESPN Madison and co-host of Scalzo & Brust.

We also dive into the plethora of college football bowls that fans have the pick of the litter from.
Hour 2: The hour opens with the 7 at 7, which are the biggest sports headlines across the country that you should know as a sports fan. Stories include coaching changes around college football. We also learn this hour about which sort of players the Brewers have tenured and not tenured as the deadline hit at the top of the hour when the second hour of the show started. We also start the show as we do every show Leading Off – where we recap the day in local sports and we hear from Khris Middleton, Head Coach Mike Budenholzer, and Brewers Radio Network’s Jeff Levering. We also get more details on the newly acquired Brewers with Brew Crew Ball’s Brad Ford. We also talk some Bucks with our very own Eric Nehm of The Athletic. We also end the hour with what NFL teams compare with TV shows.
Hour 2: The hour begins going over the two polls of the day. We also have our 7 at 7 where we go over the 7 most important stories around sports that you need to know including the Brewers trade, a soccer statue set ablaze, and Jabari wanting to return? We dive deeper into the Jabari wanting to come back to Milwaukee as he makes his return as the Hawks and Bucks square off tonight. Also this hour we talk with Jason Wilde to go over the tough Packers loss to the 49ers and to preview their game against the New York Giants this Sunday

Also this hour we talk to actor Michael Patrick McGill (Shameless, The Office...) and we talk through this Cameo service that has been gaining traction lately.
Hour 2: The hour begins talking about the college football playoff rankings and what the rest of the regular season looks like for the Badgers and what their post season hopes realistically are. We also have the 7 at 7 which goes over the most important headlines around sports that you should be aware of. We also have a conversation with NBC 15’s Mike “Jocko” Jacques to go over the Badgers game against Minnesota this weekend, and also the moment Deshaun Watson’s life changed forever.

Hour 1: The hour begins in jubilee because it is Doug's 100th show!! We begin with our Leading Off segment recapping the day in sports with audio cuts. We hear from Davante Adams, Za’Darius Smith, and Matt LaFleur. We also dive deeper into the statistics of the Packers 37-8 loss against the 49ers and there are some numbers that you probably won’t believe. During this hour we talk to NBA writer Frank Madden who previews this Bucks team ahead of their game against the Utah Jazz tonight as well as the team, and what they look like compared to last year with the Bucks having the best regular season record. We also have a great conversation regarding the online service “Cameo” and how fantastic it is.
Hour 2: We begin the hour diving a little bit into the cameo app. We then go through the 7 at 7, which is the seven most important stories that you need to know throughout the day as your workday comes to an end. In this hour we get Doug’s weird thanksgiving take, and also talk to Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s Packers writer Olivia Reiner who goes over the tough Green Bay loss to the 49ers.

Hour 1: Doug has his first show back from vacation (on a Friday, good timing Doug) and he opens the show discussing the new Milwaukee Brewers logo that was revealed when he was on vacation. He gives his thoughts on the newest look for the Brewers, and we take fan calls on it as well. We also preview the upcoming game for the Packers against the 49ers as we talk to 97.5 The Game’s Bonta Hill to break down what to expect from the Niners perspective. We also have our weekly conversation with Fat Jack who gives us some picks he has for the weekend.
Hour 2: The hour begins with the 7 at 7 – which are the 7 most important sports stories that you need to know including WIAA High School state champion results, plus the latest from the Packers injury report before Sunday’s game against the 49ers. Also in this hour, we hear comments from Badgers basketball Head Coach Greg Gard, and his comments regarding the situation with transfer Micah Potter whose appeal was denied once again and he will not be able to play until late December. Also this hour we talk some Packers with our very own Jason Wilde.

Hour 1: Matt Pauley fills in for the final time this week before Doug makes his return to the show later in the week. The hour begins discussing the Packers injuries and the lack of names on the injury report. Matt also touches upon the problem with officials, especially locally who are hanging up their whistles because they can’t handle the conduct of parents. We also talk about a current lawsuit that Giannis Antetokounmpo is in the middle of right now. Matt also dives into Rob Manfred’s comments regarding the investigation that Major League Baseball is conducting into the Houston Astros and their sign stealing saga.
Hour 2: The hour begins discussing the news of Ben Simmons hitting his first career 3 pointer during a regular season game. We also go back into Matt Pauley’s high school career and a gripe he STILL holds during a three-point contest. Matt also talks more about the viral video of the umpire getting into an altercation with parents at what appears to be a little league baseball game and goes into the problem that has become of parents and their way of dealing with officials. We also preview the Wisconsin High School State Championship this weekend with Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s Curt Hogg. We end the hour talking about Ohio State fans

Hour 1: Justin Garcia is cousins subbing for Doug during Doug’s vacation. The hour opens up talking about the situation going on with ex San Fransisco Kings executive who was found embezzling over 13 million dollars over 3-4 seasons. We also go over the NFL landscape and discuss playoffs and a familiar name in the NFL, Antonio Brown and the possibility of him making his return to an NFL team. We also go into the 15th year anniversary of The Malace at The Palace.
Hour 2: The hour begins with a little talk about the XFL, and what sort of future this league has following the NFL. We also talk a bunch of Bucks this hour including a conversation with Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s Matt Velazquez where Justin and him talk about the look of the Bucks team without Khris Middleton for some time, and other teams around the NBA landscape including who can give the Bucks trouble in the Eastern Conference.

Hour 1: Matt Pauley cousins subbing for Doug Russell on today’s show. The hour opens talking about the Packers upcoming trip to San Fransisco this weekend. The story being that the last time the Packers went out to California, the Packers lost, and Aaron Rodgers had a remark to the media regarding the team didn’t handle the “48 hours prior to kickoff” well. Matt dives into that sentiment and gives his thoughts if there is any legitimacy behind it. We also take the recent announcement from the Milwaukee Brewers.
Hour 2: The Hour begins talking about a very interesting open for Matt Pauley. We then go into the recent announcement made by the Brewers and discuss that a bit. We then dive deeper into the Colin Kaepernick practice that had a few curve balls involved before the actual practice took place. We also have a conversation of Brewers president of business operations Rick Schlesinger regarding the new Brewer logo. We also hear from Marquette Basketball Head Coach Steve Wojciechowski and comments following their loss to the Badgers over the weekend.

Hour 1: Matt Pauley is our cousins’ sub for Doug on today’s show. We go into Matt’s commute to the station, and then go into the Myles Garrett situation which has been grabbing sports headlines all day. We get a different perspective from Von Miller who had a take we haven’t heard yet. We also go into the Yu Darvish/Christian Yelich video that surfaced on Twitter earlier today. Brewers were one of the teams that were accused of stealing signs earlier with the Astros and other teams and Yu had a comment that got Yeli’s attention. Matt also dives into The Astros sign stealing story.
Hour 2: The hour begins talking some Badgers football with Jake Kocorowski where him and Matt review the Badgers football team and what sort of juice is left in the season as the Badgers took one tough loss to Illinois and another to Ohio State. They also go over the Badgers basketball team and preview the match up against Marquette this weekend. Also, this hour, Matt goes into nostalgia selling and how it is good timing for a particular NBA star. We also touch upon the Colin Kaepernick workout that will happen tomorrow.
